Nw Iowa | We built 3, been very happy with both. Morton probably has slightly better fit and finish as far as door hardware etc and their OH door supplier is very much superior. I don’t know if Morton’s paint still superior but if you stay away from darker colors in general they don’t fade as bad. Last building I did, Morton a full 20% plus higher and I think their was more lumber in the Ram. Building was identical otherwise. One was sold with a business but have had one for 12-14 yrs and other is going on 8 years. You are probably dealing with Ray and just make sure that you talk snow loads and wind loads as it doesn’t cost that much to up snow loads etc as the extra lumber is quite reasonable because it doesn’t take that much.
