Freeburg IL | I have a new to me john deere 4840 this year. When I bought it the A/c was working converted to 134a. Planting corn the compressor clutch failed. No big deal, got a reman delco, vac it down, add pag 100 and charged it up. Ran about 15 hours no prob and compressor locked up again. Ok, bad compressor? Got another reman delco, flushed system, replaced drier, vac down and recharge. Ran about 15 hours again and compressor locked up.. what am I missing? | |
