I bet the cat was thinking about "hilling" a little in there too. hehehehehe We keep a few bigger clumps of soil available for those "just in case" moments.

farmwithjunkrrv - 6/25/2022 15:23 Yesterday afternoon I was mowing the lawn around the house and was so hot and humid I could hardly stay out. This afternoon was doing the rest of the yard and had my hoody on and the hood up and was not to warm. Looks the same for the rest of the week but trending cool and we need warm as our crops are late.

Same thing here. I was out hilling potatoes this afternoon between light showers. Wearing "hoody", coveralls and jacket to keep warm in the crazy wind. Couple of days ago it was almost too hot to be spraying crops. They sure are growing though. I'm way late on spraying wheat due to weather but hope to get it done this coming week.
Early potatoes are blooming already. Planted last week of April.
