Pocahontas, Illinois | Looks like rhizosphaera needlecast. Your trees look like blue spruce in the pics, and they are the most susceptible.
I'm a Christmas Tree farmer, and I spray 3 passes with Bravo 7-10 days apart starting at bud break.
Best solution is to get rid of blue spruce.
