My shop is 42x64, similar to yours. Right now I have two 8’ ceiling fans with 6 speeds. May add a third later. They were $600 each and they move air good from a 16’ ceiling. Bought on Amazon and pulled 110vt from the overhead door power in attic. Remote control runs them both off one controller. No complaints
