Electric steering on 2014 dodge 1500 with a hemi engine. I have a friend pulling a camp trailer hundreds of miles from home and her steering seized up.

It is a weekend in the small town where they had the problem and it does not look like they can get help to fix the problem until Monday.

It appears that it is an electric actuator type system.

The steering wheel is stuck slightly turned.

Does anybody have any ideas that could possibly cause the electric steering to work I had her check the fuse for power steering
