Sounds like yuma, Wray, burlington , cooe area. But who knows. Dry here around my area also. Couldn't farm here without irrigation, unless try to raise winter wheat. Next 3 weeks will determine outcome if platte river drops bad. Direct run ditches will have to be be split in half or thirds to get water to farms. Wells will help alot.
