I have a new Degelman 7000 Heavy Harrow and I cannot get the tine angle to maintain the position I set. I have to adjust it a couple times each pass over a mile run. I have switched hydraulic circuits to see if one was leaking pressure but it did not solve problem. No oil leaks on harrow. Any ideas or is this normal?
