South Central North Dakota | My wife and our daughter,both RN's have worked in hospital nursing, in long term nursing care. Then in hospice care. They have witnessed end of life with and without hospice care. Death is so much harder on the survivors without hospice as there has been no preparation for what is to come and how things will happen at the end. Hospice is not giving up it's about maximizing the quality of their remaining life for the patient and survivors. |
