Serious answer.  Jesus wants you to change your heart, and forgive those who wound you, and earnestly repent of your shortcomings, and attempt to live better going forward.  If you can sincerely do that now, even if not before, that is the essence of what Jesus is asking of you.

The greatest commandment is to love God and treat your neighbor (family) as you want to be treated, which is actually two things.  Interesting verse. Would you want someone to forgive you for something you wrongly did to them, even if it was posthumously?
