Elmwood, Ne. Just East of Lincoln | I plant 80ft of end rows. Two passes of a 16 row. I spray 90 with a pull type sprayer. No obstacles, I can turn easily on one pass. On fields that have any kind of fence or trees at the end, I make one more quick trip around with my tractor and sprayer in the last rows available to the inside on the end. This gives me 3 sections spraying 30 more feet without any overlap or running over crop to get turned around. I just crank it down a row way short of the fence. It doesn't take long and I don't have to worrying about hitting anything. |
