5105 - 6/23/2022 23:34 Might be slipping the clutch on the sledge roll drive, was a common issue in grass hay on older machines. Usually tightening the slip clutch a flat or two on the bolts would cure them, not sure if they still use the same clutch.


Could be needs adjustment for sure, rebuilt less than 100 rolls ago after I locked up a bearing and smoked that clutch.  May need to snug it up a flat or two just due to break in, even if that's not the problem, probably needs it anyway, had forgotten about it.
