It has been my windshield surveys that if a door has a motor to open and close, it gets closed. If it is manual, it stands open. I know it is over simplifying but it is a common problem. I know that doesn't answer your question and a new power door is expensive. Fix up the best you can. It is getting more important to keep doors closed as the wind storm events get worse. An open door in bad wind makes a building explode. Nature still might get it with the doors closed but chances are lower. | |
