Subject: RE: Sioux City Iowa weather

east central Illinois, Yesterday {june 22,2022} we were in first stages of drought, today weather service moved us up to next stage and greatly expanded area of "dryness". Weekend National Farm Report has been talking of wet weeks all spring but we got planting corn done by mid may and beans done a week later, never worked past dark . Have not had a rain over a half inch since mid April. So far in June we have had about an inch total. 2and a half below normal. Corn has been rolling every day for past 10 from heat and dryness.
