Nothing works anymore. The best practice is to keep them from emerging in the first place. Excellent burn down with pre emergents/residual than layering the residual again later when you post. No other way to do it. Dicamba and 2,4D are not magic bullets, although liberty and enlist one is the best tool in the shed if you need it.


For sure. It just wasn’t in the cards this year though with the weather delays we’ve had all spring. I will say though, this has been another year where no till and cover crops has been frustrating as wet as we’ve been. But where we had a decent stand of rye, there isn’t much waterhemp or marestail to speak of
