Middlesex County, Ontario | Some manufacturers put foil cutting fins on the top of the cap. You put the cap upside down back on the jug, push and spin, it cuts the foil.
Personally I prefer the rusty old screwdriver I have next to the fill station. I poke the foil and move the screwdriver in a circle. I find I can keep the foil attached as a sort of flap, this way the foil stays attached to the jug and doesn’t end up where it’s not supposed to be.
