I just use the edge of the cap, kinda squeeze the sides and it does a great job. Plus I never have to worry if I lose it, Ill always have another.
That’s what I do, I’ve had a few specific products that had tougher seals on it that method didn’t work very good on though. In which case I just use my knife to get it started.
