I’ve been clear about that too as I’m sure you know

1 Honest labels where a consumer can choose American beef.

2 Funding such as loan guarantees for small to mid sized plants that prohibit importing as part of the funding. It’ll be cheaper than more govt over site and offices.

3 Require any importers to completely meet American standards. If we have to comply with osha, epa, affirmative action, etc. then so do our imports.

4 Pass laws that American institutions such as schools and prisons be required by law to not purchase foreign produce of any kind. It’s ridiculous that tax payer dollars be used to buy foreign products.

5 There are several other steps we can take that benefit American supply chains, not harm.

No, I haven't noticed anything to try and fix the problem, just complaining.

I can't argue against one and two, who is going to enforce #1?

#3 we already do that, the trouble is corrupt inspectors taking bribes from the pack.

#4 trouble with that is no one cares enough to force the pack to separate anything, you and me care but there aren't enough of us to matter anymore.
