North Central Illinois | New to me 6620. Drove it home 35 miles. Last 7-8 miles it would starve for fuel at full speed and worse on hills. Stopping to let it idle would help for a little bit. Where should I start troubleshooting? I'm thinking I should just change the filters and check the electric pump. Kinda want to figure out what the problem is though so I don't just think I got it, then get stranded an hour into cutting wheat.
FWIW the machine sat in a shed for 2-3 years before I bought it. Seller topped it off with fresh fuel before I drove away but it had a good bit of old fuel in it. | |
