Pretty simple: It is obvious the out riggers are outboard of the trailer which is 96-102 wide. The out riggers are definitely wider than a truck tire so add another 24" to the width, to be legal the trailer would then have to be under 78" which would make in narrower than a pickup.
It's crap like this that makes more regulations for farmers and puts a target on our backs. |
