coast of Maine | My plan is to not run 365 anymore.Take hour lunch breaks,,used to be 10 minutes.Plan on as wife retires to knock off 2 months,,then 3 months ,,then 4..Get it down to 6 months of lots of decisions and lots of employees.My fear of just quitting is the mental/physical/self worth issue that gets to many whom retire..So if I am healthy ,,run it a little blase'.Contract out some of the things I may not want to do.Hire a snow removal co. ,so when I am gone it gets done.Put cameras /locks /sensors in any structures I may still own.Get out of the winter for a couple months,,,act like I farm out west,,hehehe | |
