When our nephew was young (8-10 ish) doctor had him put a patch on his good eye and play video games with only the lazy eye. It was a fun thing for him to do and built muscle in the lazy eye. Wouldn't know it today looking at him. Always thought that was a good remedy. If you have a favorite game like Tetris or whatever, try it. Who knows?
