You can export your harvest maps (and planting/spraying/application maps if you want to track anything else) from fieldviewplus.com under the Data Manager tab. They get exported as a .dat file which I know that SMS can read, and I think JD Ops Center can read as well.

FieldView does have a post-harvest yield adjuster tool that lets you change the recorded yield on a field, but it only does one field at a time so calibrating the yield monitor at the beginning of the season is recommended.
