I like it better, meat stays a lot moister because it hasn't drained all the good meat juice and fat through the grate.
I agree. I notice it the most with steak. I think it gets hotter than a pan on the stove so it sears the meat.
The thing we like the most is that we can do things that can’t be done on a grill. We’ve been doing a lot of stir fry or pancakes and eggs for example. |
