i will disagree with the hates dry soil... here... WMN. I have it where it is wet and have it on sand knobs that have not been worked in 10 years because it is blow sand. Also sticking my neck out on Enlist not working on it. Last year I had soybeans on a 1/4 with the "dry land" sand knobs engulfed by the crap. Had E-3 beans on it, sprayed with Enlist and did a job on it that I would say the chem companies would call control. I was impressed. Now just need to duplicate that. It is back in the corn on that field this year but maybe 20% of what it was.

We have it in CRP also. High rates of Dicamba with oil seem to help but mowing it short seems to let the grass get back ahead of it. Very frustrating stuff none the less!
