Chatham Ontario. | Not sure what to add other than it sounds like one of your wife's love languages is acts of service. They put their whole heart into their tasks. It might be hard to let the hurt go but it sounds like the inlaws have no concept of how their actions effect others. Or maybe they do, don't know them. Maybe all you can do is change your family going forward ( kids). Things like this really bother certain people and dealing with the aftermath takes an even larger toll. She will have to insulate herself from these kind of people. | |
