western iowa | I just called up to Ballards and confirmed my reservation. They did not mention any issues. I remember the first time we went there, there was flooding coming down the Rainy River. Docks were under water. No shore lunch on Garden Island and such. Have not had any issues since then. A few years ago we had shore lunch on the owners private island. It was for sale at that time. We had the best luck fishing the first year also. This will be my 4th time up there. | |
