What do you have your accuracy set at?
In the Steer command setup screen you can set the lowest level of accuracy it will use for guidance.
If this is set to either of the “Flex” settings it will switch to a lower level of accuracy even when set to RTK. If it losses correction signals or convergence for some reason while on flex I have seen it jump like this.
What would make rtk guidance jump like this?
