Northern Alberta | I would think that any change in rent value should be up to you to decide. If the "no corn" policy reduces your net return then you should offer a rent accordingly. Then the landlord can either accept the reduced income due to his policy or try to find a renter that will pay him the going rate. Ax the guy that is making the payment it is up to you to decide what value makes economic sense to your operation I would think. | |
