You will see your yields tail off some I believe with no other crop in the rotation and you will have different weeds come in to deal with.
I'd like to think rent should be 10% less when the landlord tells you what you can plant. Is this crop share? I'm wondering if the landlord doesn't like buying more expensive inputs? If so, go straight cash rent.
