Subject: Land Lord says no corn

NE Ohio
Normally id plant corn and beans with wheat every so often. The land lord says no more corn.

I'm considering an early bean, then plant winter wheat, and a cover crop after the wheat. repeat
Another option would be early bean / wheat / double crop bean

Also what is removing corn going to do to the ground? Larger chance of erosion, more disease pressure with repeated beans?
I normally have pretty clean, non resistant fields with a corn herbicide program and bean herbicide program alternating. I'm probably going to have more weed pressure too eliminating herbicide rotations.

So how much less should the cash rent be on ground when the land lord says you cant grow corn?

no change?
10% ?
20% ?
30% ?
more ?
