Makes an excellent pancake syrup. Kids love it.
Simmered 10 cups mulberries with 3 cups water for about 40 minutes. Strained through a jelly bag and added a little water back to bring me to 6 cups of juice. Added a tablespoon of lemon juice and 7 cups of sugar. Brought to a boil and boiled to a temperature of about 218*
