According to my bmi at check up I'm at a 28.6 but when she did a body fat test it was 14.9, she said bmi was a poor number due to not factoring muscle mass. I have been cutting carbs ie potatoes, snacks and my biggest doozey icecream. She said she felt it wasn't an over weight out of shape thing.
