53925 | Little back round at 50 it's the sticky heat that bothers me. Long story short had pneumonia as a kid extremely bad , fast forward to 17 and young dumb me shoveled a moldy bean bin out no mask, 32 got heat stroke really bad and ever since that heat stroke I just can't take the sticky weather. I've tried the darn near naked working, the working in light long sleeves to keep the sun off and I don't know if one's better than the other. Other than tons of water is there any good aids that you've found that actually help a bit. Sitting in ac just isn't going to happen. I'm slightly more frustrated because this year it seems to be the worse it has ever been. It's like it just got 2x's worse all of a sudden. To the point of asking my dr during a check up all to get the basics hydrate, cool off, etc. Shes running blood work to see if anythings off thyroid etc. Just seeing if anyone has maybe not a magic cure but something that really helps? | |
