Don't believe PPO resistance has been documented preemergence.
Actually there has been a lot of work done in that area. Conclusion. Populations that are confirmed resistant to PPOs post will break 1-2 weeks sooner than sensitive populations on a PRE basis
I bet if he sent some survivors to pat trannels lab at U of IL it would come back confirmed with the PPO mutation.
Do alittle lit review. You will find plenty of reading material on it.
