| We had one for years. The things I learned...When installing slope bottom to the center and put in a center drain, ,makes it much easier to clean and maintain. Get a big pump and filter. Floatron ionized kept the water clearer than anything we tried. Buy lots of cheap towels for guests. Be prepared for people you barely know to ask to come swimming. I might have gotten in it 10 times in 10 years, wife lost interest in it and spent more time cleaning it than using it. When kids moved out I gave the pool to some friends, they took it down and moved it. They didn't level the location and put it back up with the old liner. The weight of the water on the low side caused it to blow out and they had the nerve to ask me to buy them a new liner for the pool I gave them. Pool the gift that keeps giving. | |
