We have a tower and run plenum temps between 140-180. With grain temps around 95-110ish When I guess grain temps i always figure 5 degrees per point above outside temp to get your close. So 7 points i would be guessing grain temps needs to be 115-120ish. Which at 120 may be slightly higher than i would like, but in our wheat SRW we haven't had dockage for quality loss. I think most of the research shows grain temps over 140 start causing quality issues.
