Are they drilled or 30" rows?

I do alright with this and a rotary hoe.

30" rows. We dont currently have any kind of setup like that unfortanately. I was hoping for a chemical solution. I'm all for replanting with clearfield but my dealer told me he thought i'd have better luck with what I got. He said clearfield leaves a lot to be desired.

I'm organic, so have to optimize tools for the job without any herbicide tools in the toolbox. In your shoes it is probably best to try chemistry premerge and rescue with a cultivator.

Any cultivator to clean up the middles will help a lot even if you miss some in the row. If you don't have a cultivator, there's probably somebody you know that has one in the back of the shed. I used this where I had too much residue for the front mount to get through. A few in row weeds aren't a huge deal if just ornamental as long as the flowers are dominant and close the canopy well.
