Day Co. SD | Gonna hit from another angle. Most guys that are smart workers don’t want health insurance. They can get it off the marketplace cheap or they have a wife that has them covered already. Paid time off is ok for a man on a crew. The crew goes out and still tackles the job and gets it done whether you are there or not. If you are the only guy on the staff that handles a certain task, days off don’t mean much if you have to work twice as hard the next day to catch up.
Company truck aint the perk it once was either. Most guys worth a darn have a couple or more vehicles already in the driveway.
My suggestion is to find someone that fits in and then discuss what best suits them best for compensation. | |
