Newfane NY | $20,000 for family coverage here. Must offer family because all good spouses want to have their partner covered. I also find that very few employees understand the cost of health insurance as their spouse only looks at the paycheck and not the whole package.
You may need to increase the wage of your part time workers because they will see the new person making more than them. Yes , employees talk and the first thing the old workers ask the new workers is “how much are you being paid?”
