I'll be the contrarian here. If you do indeed decide to plant you have to go for the moisture. No rain in the forecast? Then you either don't plant or go deep to 3 inches and plant a little thicker. They'll be up in five days if you've got moisture down there and with the worked seedbed they have it easy to push thru. Why plant shallow and wait for rain? Here you chase moisture or don't plant.
