Eastern Shore of MD | I do not have current costs in front of me but this might help:
The lab we use says:
50% of organic N available year 1
100% of Ammonium - Avail year 1 - I see this is not broken out on your sample
90% of P Avail year 1
96% of K Avail year 1
40% of S Avail year 1
Micros and other intrinsic value hard to put a number on.
Some of the Organic N is available in years 2-4 but it is rather small.
With your use of cover crops you may be able to lock up some of the N this fall and release it in the spring?
