I would wait and watch. In my experience it looks much worse than it is. I have had beans be sticks from wind damage and grow 50+ bushel. Many farmers replant and the first plant stuff all ends up coming or regrowing. I disagree with leaves being gone it’s dead even if it is first two. Had this very scenario last year where beans turned to sticks. Call elevator and crop ins. Planned to replant. Never did and crop was beautiful.
