McCanna, ND		First cotyledon as in just emerged? If it’s just the stem those ones are dead, if they have 1 cotyledon they might re grow.

Here sandblasting goes with rain it seems which then splashes the pre chem onto the lesions from sandblasting and that is really hard on them.
