Go get it planted. What you described is how we normally no-till beans. Plant into last years stalks, then spray. We do typically wait a couple days for the injured weeds to recover a little before we spray them, but not always. There have been times that I've had to pull out of the row with the planter to get out of the sprayers way because that's when they could make it there. When that happened we couldn't tell any difference - they still got a good kill. Marestail is a concern in our area too.
