Northeast Iowa | Tbh no more foreign ownership of agland would be a good place to start.
Iowa had a law about corporate out-of-state ownership. I'm not sure where they draw the line, and how it deals with profit/non profit but I don't think it goes far enough if it is still in place.
I'm lean pretty far into free market capitalism, but my self interest doesn't like the competition from deeper pockets than a regular farmer. | |
