Subject: RE: New views of the WIU Organic Research Farm

The Accuraflow cultivator is built by an organic farmer/fabricator in SE IA and is designed to achieve a very high level of control of soil flow into the row. Gary McDonald played a supporting role in the design which has evolved significantly over the last 3+ years.

We still have the modified IH153 that Gary built for us and may use it for 2nd cultivation in corn or beans. We ran the Accuraflow yesterday with a 5" gap between inner sweeps which is TOO tight after the first cultivation. The IH153 currently needs a little repair, something I may work on this afternoon.
