A commodity with an economic value.
...that is based on a lifestyle job (ranching) and results in a product that is completely avoidable if the consumer so chooses. Beef isn't oil. To a lot of people it's a luxury product. We're gone as soon as the consumer decides we're no longer relevant.
Is there anything to learn from these heat losses?
