If won’t be a problem. There is probably a very large seed bank that will keep germinating for a few years. Just keep spraying it with glyphosate. We use triclopyr or metsulfuron to kill it in pasture, but it takes continuous management and is never a spray once it’s gone situation.

Furthermore, I’m not sure how long triclopyr lasts in the soil, but I would be rather nervous about carryover damaging the soybeans.
