NW Central Iowa (Fort Dodge) | on 15" for 6 years now. Plant average 37k but vrt most ground. Every year I do several side by sides and turn 1/2 clutches off and run at 35k to keep it more fair to 30" corn and 15" corn has never fell below 6 bu/ac better all the way up to 24 on one number. It seams to me the upright semi-determinate ears have yielded the best for me. |
